RETURNS & REFUNDS

Although it is extremely rare, it is possible that you could receive something with a fault or not to your liking, 
Vapourohm offers a standard 14-day long distance refund as long as the item is in new condition and has not been opened.

If you find that a product you have received is faulty, please contact us via email and we will first attempt to find a solution to the fault, (please check our terms and conditions regarding warranties and faults)

If a solution cannot be found, we will then accept this item to be returned to us. Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will dispatch either a replacement or a refund depending on your preference.

When sending an item for a return or refund, please include a note with you name and order number.
Please do check everything carefully after you received the parcel, any damage except DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) would not be covered if it's your own fault.
